Public Opinion and Party Communication
In this study, public opinion or, in other terms, the public agenda is understood as the salience of issues and policy concerns in the citizen’s perception. In section 126.96.36.199., I have described how to match the policy issues stated by survey respondents in the ‘most important problem’ question to the policy coding scheme used for the analysis of parties’ communication.
