Zusammenfassung
Das in dieser Arbeit verwendete PS2 wurde aus dem thermophilen Organismus T. elongatus nach Kuhl et al. (2000) aufgereinigt. Sowohl Wildtyp-PS2 (WT-PS2) als auch His-tag-PS2 (His-PS2), dessen Präparation nach Nowaczyk et al. (2006) erfolgte, wurden allgemein von Herrn Dr. Marc M. Nowaczyk zur Verfügung gestellt und zusammen mit Frau Claudia König isoliert. Die Durchführung der Aufreinigung ist schematisch in Abb. 2-1 dargestellt.
