Zusammenfassung
Ich bin von Beruf Diplom-Psychologe, habe vor dem Studium eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert. Berufliche Stationen waren die Hoechst AG, PA Consulting, sieben Jahre lang war ich bei der BFG Bank AG, dann bei KPMG und hier im Bereich Unternehmensberatung beschäftigt. Seit zehn Jahren leite ich die Personalabteilung der internationalen Anwaltskanzlei Clifford Chance in Frankfurt und bin Mitglied der internationalen HR Leadership Group dieses Unternehmens.
