Zusammenfassung
Aufbauend auf den theoretischen Grundlagen folgt in Kapitel vier der Entwurf eines Phasenmodells für die Entwicklung innovativer SCM-Konzepte. Die Mehrheit der bestehenden Konzepte ist innerhalb einzelner SCs in der Unternehmenspraxis entstanden und wurde erst anschließend – zumeist in Kooperation mit externen Forschungseinrichtungen – zu globalen Standards weiterentwickelt.
