Zusammenfassung
Der Begriff „Resozialisierung“ ist in allen Mitgliedstaaten sowie im internationalen kriminologischen Diskurs Gegenstand von Debatten. Er kann durch mehrere ähnliche Termini wie Rehabilitation, Reintegration, Wiedereingliederung, individuelle positive Spezialprävention usw. ersetzt werden, wobei die Begriffswahl von der jeweiligen nationalen Perspektive und den Präferenzen der verschiedenen Autoren und Autorinnen abhängt. Daher muss zunächst dargelegt werden, in welchem Sinne und mit welcher Konnotation der Begriff im vorliegenden Projekt verwendet wird.
