Analysis and Discussion of Findings with Existing Literature
Literature review is another source of data, generally conducted in the sorting phase of notes that supports the development of a theory. Following Glaser & Strauss (1967) it relates first findings and notes with existing literature (Dunne 2011; Glaser & Strauss 1967, p.37). Guided by the evolved concepts and overarching categories this chapter analyzes first findings and gives new impulses for the emerging theory based on literature review (Eisenhardt 1989). Both support to formulate more precisely practical strategic implications for telecommunication companies conducting cross-industry innovation projects.
