Abstract
Unternehmen nutzen vermehrt Web 2.0-Anwendungen zur Unterstützung des Wissenstransfers und zur Vernetzung von Mitarbeitern. Da verschiedene Nutzertypen auch unterschiedliche Anforderungen an Web 2.0-Anwendungen haben, ist es notwendig, die zukünftigen Nutzer systematisch in den Entwicklungsprozess zu integrieren. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt Ergebnisse einer Studie vor, die Anforderungen an Online-Communities im Unternehmenskontext aus Nutzersicht erhebt. Die Erhebung erfolgte per Interview und Fokusgruppe bei Mitarbeitern eines sachgüterproduzierenden Unternehmens aus dem High-Tech Bereich. Die Ergebnisse der Anforderungserhebungen decken sich in zahlreichen Punkten mit bisherigen Erkenntnissen aus der Literatur, zeigen aber auch die Relevanz zusätzlicher Aspekte wie beispielsweise der kommunikativen Usability einer solchen Plattform auf, die in der Literatur zur Gestaltung von unternehmensinternen Online-Communities bislang nur wenig Beachtung finden.
