Das Universum der indirekten Immobilienanlagen in der Schweiz beträgt rund 72 Mrd. CHF und lässt sich in die drei Hauptkategorien Anlage stift ungen sowie Immobilienfonds und Immobilienaktien, die beide kotierte und nicht kotierte Segmente umfassen, unterteilen. Die wesentlichsten Charakteristika sowie Unterscheidungsmerkmale dieser Anlagearten sind in der nachfolgenden Grafik aufgeführt (vgl. Abbildung 1).
