Zusammenfassung
Das Ulrich-Modell ist in seinen Grundzügen erläutert, theoretisch erarbeitet und im Vergleich zu anderen in Deutschland vorzufindenden Organisationsformen der Personalarbeit analysiert. Darauf aufbauend wurden fünf Hypothesen erarbeitet, die empirisch untersucht werden sollen.
