Zusammenfassung

Mit der Einführung des Service-Dominant Logic (SDL) im Jahr 2004 hat die Diskussion darüber, was Wert für einen Kunden bedeutet und wie dieser entsteht, stetig zugenommen (Vargo/Lusch 2004a, 2008). Im Zuge dieser Diskussion wird verstärkt eine Betrachtung der Generierung von Kundenwert über die Produktion von Produkten und Dienstleistungen sowie deren Übertragung auf den Kunden hinaus vorgeschlagen. Dabei rückt die Nutzung der Produkte und Dienstleistungen auf Kundenseite in den Fokus des Interesses (Vargo/Lusch 2004a; Kleinaltenkamp et al. 2012).
