Zusammenfassung
Für einen nachhaltigen Erfolg von Produktherstellern ist die Transformation zum Serviceanbieter in den meisten Fällen (meist) ein unerlässlicher Schritt. Der innovative Geschäftsmodellansatz der Servicetransformation ermöglicht diesen Prozess grundlegend zu modellieren, verfügbare strategische Entwicklungsfelder aufzuzeigen und bietet die Grundlage für zielgerichtete Managementimplikationen.
