Zusammenfassung

Bei Veranstaltungen wie Kongressen, Tagungen und Konferenzen kommt dem Risikomanagement in der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung eine prominente Rolle zu. So müssen Aktivitäten so geplant werden, dass im Fall der Fälle ein Plan B oder eine adäquate Problemlösungsstrategie vorliegt. Aufbauend auf dem aktuellen Stand der Forschung und der literarischen Betrachtung des Themas zeigt dieser Beitrag verschiedene Tools und Methoden auf, um ein adäquates Risikomanagement für Kongresse, Tagungen und Konferenzen zu entwickeln. Grundlegend ist hier die Zielsetzung der Veranstaltung. Auf dieser bauen Maßnahmen zur Risikoerkennung sowie Prozesse und Vorgehensweisen zur Einstufung, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Risiken auf. Der Beitrag liefert so Impulse, um ein an die jeweilige Veranstaltung angepasstes und adäquates Risikomanagement zu entwickeln und dadurch einen Grundstein für einen erfolgreichen und zielführenden Kongress, eine Tagung oder eine Konferenz zu legen.
