Abstract
The first subject of the chapter will be an evaluation of the performance gain that is achieved by the proposed algorithmic optimizations in practice. The remaining chapter will then deal with the actual output. The evaluation and analysis of the predicted TF complexes is split into two major parts:
-
1)
The assessment of the predicted complexes on the basis of common protein complex prediction benchmarks in comparison with popular generic approaches and conceivable merging procedures as a postprocessing step.

These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
