Abstract
In total, 32 participants took part in the study and went through the complete experimental procedure. Four participants did not learn the association between anxiety context and US and safety context without US, and therefore were regarded as unaware and excluded from analysis. Twenty-eight subjects were able to correctly answer the open question about the context in which an electric shock was applied. They were assigned as aware, so their data were used for analyses.
