Zusammenfassung

Die Monografie Worlds of production zählt zu den Grundlagenwerken der Économie des conventions (engl. economics of convention, kurz EC) und auch der neuen französischen Wirtschaftssoziologie. Im Zentrum steht das Konzept der Konvention, das herangezogen wird für die Analyse der ökonomischen Koordination von Akteuren. Konventionen sind dabei nicht zu verstehen als Standards oder Bräuche.
