Nicht was man sagt, sondern wie man es sagt, ist für die Kommunikation von zentraler Bedeutung! Denn das „Was“ ist ohne das „Wie“ nicht zu haben!
Der reine Inhalt einer Kommunikationsbotschaft, also die aneinander gereihten Worte und deren Bedeutung sind für die empfangene Botschaft beim Sender zwar wichtig, doch, wesentlicher ist das „Wie“.
