Zusammenfassung
Kunden verlangen zunehmend nach integrierten Lösungen, sodass Product-Service Systems (PSS) vermehrt Einhalt in der globalen Ökonomie erhalten haben. Die sich aus PSS ergebenden Nutzeffekte für Anbieter als auch Nachfrager sind dabei vielseitiger Natur. Insbesondere der Technische Kundendienst (TKD) ist durch die integrierte Bereitstellung von Produkt und Dienstleistung gekennzeichnet, weshalb eine Unterstützung des TKD durch mobile Assistenzsysteme erforderlich ist. Um jedoch ein solches System entwickeln zu können, ist eine Basis für das konzeptionelle Design von PSS nötig. Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit der Erweiterung von Geschäftsprozessen, als Basis für die Identifikation von Funktionalitäten, die eine Anforderung an ein solches mobiles Assistenzsystem darstellen. Ein an PSS-Komponenten ausgerichtetes Integrationskonzept unterstützt die Berücksichtigung relevanter Faktoren, die im Rahmen einer PSS-Entwicklung von Relevanz sind.
