In dem Kapitel Prozessentwicklung wurde beschrieben, wie Prozesse analysiert, geplant und gestaltet werden. In der Organisationslehre wird dies häufig als Ablauforganisation benannt. Die Ablauforganisation ist ein Teil der Arbeitsorganisation.
