Sylvia Reckel ist seit 2009 Personalleiterin bei der Windwärts Energie GmbH in Hannover und seit 2001 im Unternehmen beschäftigt. Windwärts ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit mittlerweile 160 Mitarbeitern, das Projekte im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien entwickelt, finanziert, realisiert und betreibt (ihr Teilzeitmodell siehe Abb. 12.1).
