Zusammenfassung
Das moderne Internet kommt zunehmend in Form eines Smartphone‐Bildschirms daher. Mit der steigenden Verfügbarkeit in allen Teilen der Welt und über alle Bevölkerungsschichten hinweg wird der Zugang zum Internet immer mehr demokratisiert, und mit der rasanten Ausbreitung des Internet der Dinge durchdringt das Web alle Alltags‐Bereiche des Menschen. Apps sind der ständige Begleiter des Homo Mobilis, und Technologie‐Firmen, die die neuen Mechanismen des Mobile App Sturms und der Mobile Web Architektur nicht beachten, drohen unterzugehen. Schon die Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre und der Kampf um das beste Mobile‐Ökosystem für Werber und Verbraucher haben zu einer kompletten Neuordnung unter den Internet‐Technologie‐Firmen geführt, wie in Teil I ausführlich beschrieben wurde. Firmen, die ihre Web‐Strategie konsequent auf die rasante Verbreitung des Mobile Internet ausrichten, und denen es gelingt, die Instrumente des Mobile Marketing und des Mobile Commerce zielgerichtet und effektiv anzuwenden, werden erfolgreich bleiben oder sein. Das gilt für IT‐Player wie auch für Unternehmen anderer Branchen gleichermaßen, die darauf angewiesen sind, über das Internet – und damit immer mehr über das Mobile Internet – mit Partnern, Lieferanten und Kunden zu kommunizieren bzw. sich dort zu präsentieren. Im Folgenden geht es um dieses Medium Mobile und den notwendigen Werkzeugkasten, es erfolgsbringend in der Kunden‐Akquise und -Kommunikation einzusetzen.
