Aufbauend auf den theoretischen Grundlagen aus Teil I (v. a. Kapitel 3 und 4) soll im Folgenden in einem ersten Schritt analysiert werden, ob der Mitarbeiter eine strategische Größe im CRM und damit grundsätzlich als eine zentrale Voraussetzung für ein erfolgreiches CRM zu sehen ist.
