Abstract
In this chapter, the real-time video inpainting approach presented in Subsection 3.2 is introduced.
The video inpainting algorithm combines continuous image inpainting iterations with a reference model to provide a coherent video stream. An image inpainting process is applied to each video frame to create high quality image results. Similar to image warping strategies used in several previous video manipulation approaches, the reference model guides the inpainting algorithm, creating a visual stream with high coherence accuracy.
