Zusammenfassung

Coping-Strategien sind Mechanismen, die Menschen helfen, mit Stress umzugehen. Somit stehen sie auch im direkten Zusammenhang mit dem LS-Syndrom. Sie reduzieren Lebensprobleme, indem sie die Probleme als nicht-bedrohlich einstufen oder die Person befähigen, mit Stressoren adäquat umzugehen, sodass die Auswirkungen von Stress abgeblockt werden können, bevor sie die Gesundheit beeinflussen.
