Zusammenfassung

Transformation als bewusste, diskrete Umgestaltung gesellschaftlicher Grundordnungen der Politik, der Wirtschaft und des Rechts nimmt ihren Ausgang bei der Neudefinition der Basisinstitutionen. Alte rechtliche Normen werden außer Kraft gesetzt (negative Transformation), neue Regeln werden vereinbart (positive Transformation). Beide Prozesse sind nicht automatisch miteinander verbunden. Denn es kann durchaus der Fall eintreten, dass die alten Normen aufgehoben, aber neue Normen zwar dekretiert, doch nicht durchgesetzt oder akzeptiert worden sind.
