Abstract
Having defined the research framework for this thesis comprehensively, this part B documents the empirical study conducted for contributing to the research on member specialization in OIC. The chosen research design, data gathering and preparation process is presented, before a two-step approach consisting of a larger quantitative assessment followed by various detailed qualitative investigations is accomplished.
