Abstract

In the present chapter, we turn our attention to a detailed description of the following two processes that belong to the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT functional group:

– P09 - Service Management

– P10 - Requirements Management

Owing to various process dependencies, it is also necessary in this context to consider the following additional processes:

– P01 - IT Management

– P04 - Financial Strategy

– P05 - Quality Management

– P06 - IT Project Portfolio

– P07 - Capacity & Availability Management

– P12 - Release Management

– P14 - IT Operation & Configuration

– P16 - Incident Management

– P17 - Problem Management

The relationships between these latter processes and those mentioned above will be examined at the end of the chapter.
