Abstract

In the present chapter, we turn our attention to a detailed description of the following three processes that belong to the PLANNING & CONTROLLING functional group:

– P06 - IT Project Portfolio Management

– P07 - Capacity & Availability

– P08 - Continuity Management

Owing to various process dependencies, it is also necessary in this context to consider the following additional processes:

– P02 - HR Management

– P04 - Financial Management

– P05 - Quality Management

– P09 - Service Management

– P10 - Requirements Management

– P14 - IT Operation & Configuration

– P15 - Supplier Management

The relationships between these four processes and those mentioned above will be examined at the end of the chapter. The process dependencies among the strategic decision making processes were described in the previous chapter.
