Abstract
In the present chapter, we turn our attention to a detailed description of the following process that belongs to the SUPPLY MANAGEMENT functional group:
– P15 - Supplier Management
Owing to various process dependencies, it will also be necessary in this context to consider the following three additional processes:
– P04 - Financial Management
– P10 - Project Management
– P14 - IT Operation & Configuration Management
The relationships between these three latter processes and the above-mentioned process will be examined at the end of the chapter.
