Zusammenfassung
Die Fachwelt konnte sich bislang nicht auf eine allgemein anerkannte Definition des Begriffs „Projektentwicklung“ und die damit verbundenen Aufgaben der handelnden Akteure einigen (Schulte/Bone-Winkel, 2008, S. 27). Dieser Umstand dürfte darauf zurückzuführen sein, dass die vorgelegten Definitionen überwiegend aus dem Blickwinkel der Immobilienwirtschaft und somit zu wenig „generisch“ betrachtet wurden.
