Zusammenfassung
Die Daten der Vergangenheit – und insbesondere deren Trend sowie die Schwankungen – können wichtige Hinweise zur zukünftigen Entwicklung liefern. Über computerintensive Resampling-Verfahren kann auf dieser Basis die Prognoseverteilung generiert und unterschiedliche Szenarien können simuliert werden.
Die Möglichkeiten dieser Methode werden an einem Beispiel zur Kundenbindung demonstriert. Neben den anwendungsbezogenen und statistischen Grundlagen werden auch Hinweise zur Umsetzung mit R gegeben.
