Zusammenfassung
Coaching zeichnet sich durch ein individuelles, auf die Bedürfnisse des Klienten zugeschnittenes Vorgehen aus. Insofern gibt es das typische Coaching nicht. Allerdings lassen sich beim Coaching als Instrument der Personalentwicklung durchaus typische Phasen unterscheiden, welche in Abb. 3.1 dargestellt werden.
