Abstract

My theoretical discussions and the Prefabrication of Pipes experiences indicate that an ID context can be favorable for developing a more synergistic approach to the combining of TQM and BPR. In order to make my approach to employee participation in the synergistic combining of these two forms of exploitation and process exploration more complete, I developed two new tools.
