Abstract
In 2010 PORR Bau GmbH received a FIDIC Red Book contract to build the north approach ramps (NAR) and a FIDIC Yellow Book contract to design and build the south approach ramps (SAR) to Sava Bridge. The paper gives an introduction into both projects and describes design and execution challenges. In particular design changes are described and their benefit for Investor and Contractor considering the different contractual basis.
