Zusammenfassung
Im Zentrum der betriebswirtschaftlichen Forschung im Allgemeinen sowie der Marketingforschung im Speziellen stehen häufig Ursache-Wirkung-Beziehungen, die vielfach mittels Strukturgleichungs- bzw. Kausalanalysen (Structural Equation Modeling – SEM) empirisch überprüft werden (Backhaus/Blechschmidt/Eisenbeiß 2006, S. 711; Homburg/Klarmann 2006, S. 727ff.; Huber/Heitmann/Herrmann 2006, S. 696ff.; Hair/Ringle/Sarstedt 2012, S. 312f.). „Structural equation modeling has become a quasi-standard in marketing and management research when it comes to analyzing the cause-effect relations between latent constructs“ (Hair/Ringle/Sarstedt 2011, S. 139).
