Die im Grundgesetz (Art. 9 Abs. 3 GG) verankerte Koalitionsfreiheit ist Ausgangspunkt des kollektiven Arbeitsrechtes. Hierbei werden sowohl Koalitionen, wie auch das Koalitionsrecht jedes Einzelnen geschützt.
