Zusammenfassung

Grundsätzlich ist nach dem deutschen Rechtssystem jeder verpflichtet, Schäden, die er an Rechtsgütern verursacht, die im Eigentum eines anderen stehen, diesem zu ersetzen. Die Hauptschadensersatznorm des deutschen Zivilrechts ist der § 823 BGB. Diese Vorschrift lautet:
