  • Wie groß ist die Chance, dass der Wert der Immobilie über einem bestimmten Schwellwert liegt?

  • Wie groß ist die Gefahr, dass der Wert der Immobilie unter einem bestimmten Schwellwert liegt?

  • Wie groß ist die Chance, dass der Wert der Immobilie zwischen zwei Schwellwerten liegt?

  • Zwischen welcher Ober- und Untergrenze liegt der Wert der Immobilie mit einer 90 prozentigen Chance?

  • Liegen meine Preisvorstellungen für meine Immobilie über oder unter dem Durchschnittspreis für vergleichbare Immobilien?
