Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden zentrale Problemstellungen einer nachhaltigen Innovationsfähigkeit insbesondere mittelständischer Unternehmen systematisiert und aus personenbezogener Sicht analysiert. Das Kapitel ist angereichert mit Belegen aus einer von uns durchgeführten Interviewstudie bei mittelständischen Unternehmen. Es wird diskutiert, welche organisationalen Rahmenbedingungen managementstrategisch gestaltbar sind und wie diese zur nachhaltigen Innovationsförderung beitragen können.
