Zusammenfassung
Das folgende Kapitel stellt das Zusammenspiel zwischen Aufgaben- sowie Beziehungskonflikt, den beiden Moderatorvariablen Verstehen und Abwägen sowie Synergie und Implementation und der Teamleistung in den Mittelpunkt. Basierend auf einer empirischen Untersuchung von 111 Teams aus 91 mehrheitlich deutschen Organisationen wird aufgezeigt, dass die neu eingeführte Variable Verstehen und Abwägen als öffnende Handlungsstrategie den Vermittlungsprozess von Aufgabenkonflikt in Team-Effizienz positiv moderiert und negative Auswirkungen des Beziehungskonfliktes sowohl auf Team-Innovation als auch – Effizienz wirkungsvoll abpuffert.
