Zusammenfassung
Kaum einen Staat betrifft das Phänomen des anthropogenen Klimawandels auf so vielfältige Weise wie Indien. Der Ideologie und Praxis unbedingten wirtschaftlichen Wachstums verpflichtet, werden scheinbar unbegrenzt Ressourcen erschlossen, schadstoffreiche Industrien angesiedelt und neue Praktiken des Konsums gelebt. Damit rückt Indien immer weiter in die Riege jener Staaten auf, die den Klimawandel verschärfen.
