Zusammenfassung
Der Begriff der Partizipation fand und findet eine häufige, aber wenig geklärte Verwendung. Ausgehend von der Wortbedeutung ‚Teilhabe‘, mit der sich der entsprechende lateinische Begriff ‚participatio‘ übersetzen lässt, ist der grundle-gende Zusammenhang angedeutet: Teilhabe ist der Prozess, bei dem einzelne oder mehrere Menschen einen Teil von einem Ganzen in Besitz nehmen. Das bleibt vorerst noch vage, was das Ganze und Teile von diesem Ganzen sein könnten, ist noch unzureichend bestimmt.
