Zusammenfassung
Die Lesemotivation ist ein Persönlichkeitsmerkmal, welches die Lesehäufigkeit und damit auch die Lesekompetenz maßgeblich begünstigt (z. B. Baker & Wigfield 1999; Möller & Schiefele 2004). Aus diesem Grund liegt es nahe, pädagogische Kontexte und Situationen zu identifizieren, welche die Lesemotivation steigern. Im Folgenden wird auf die Bestimmungsfaktoren der Lesemotivation und deren Beziehung zur Lesekompetenz und Anschlusskommunikation eingegangen.
