Zusammenfassung
Die als Ergebnis der strategischen Planung verabschiedete Strategie bildet den Orientierungs- und Handlungsrahmen für das operative Controlling. Im Rahmen des operativen Controllings geht es nicht um die Strukturierung, sondern um die Ausschöpfung der Erfolgspotenziale des Unternehmens. Ziel ist es, die Unternehmensaktivitäten auf kurz- bis mittelfristige Sicht so zu steuern, dass die Hauptziele des Unternehmens - Gewinnerzielung und Liquiditätssicherung - erreicht werden.
