Abstract

The main purpose of this part has been to investigate how the organizational integration of organizational innovation communities influences their innovation activities and the resulting outcomes. In addition, it aimed to understand what transition strategies exist to anchor organizational innovation communities within organizations. In other words, this part aimed to resolve Tom’s struggle, as a top manager, in designing and implementing organizational contexts in support of organizational innovation communities.
