Zusammenfassung
Netzwerk-Forschung kann Sozialwissenschaften und Naturwissenschaften näher zusammen bringen, durch empirische Beobachtungen oder durch die hier betonte Simulierung von Modellen. Diverse Netzwerke werden vorgestellt, mit Betonung der skalenfreien Barab´asi-Albert-Netze einschließlich eines Fortran-Programms. Interdisziplinäre Forschung wird erwähnt. Ausgewählte Anwendungen und ein Anhang zur Perkolation beenden die Übersicht.
