Zusammenfassung

Bislang wurde in den Darstellungen, insbesondere in Kap. 3, davon ausgegangen, dass die identifizierten Wirkungsbeziehungen (wie die Wirkung eines partizipativen Führungsstils auf Corporate Entrepreneurship) universell, d. h. über verschiedene nationale Kontexte hinweg anzufinden sind. Gleichzeitig gewinnt das Thema des internationalen und interkulturellen Managements in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Theorie und Praxis zurzeit generell an Bedeutung, so dass davon ausgegangen werden muss, dass nationale Einflussfaktoren auf Facetten des Corporate Entrepreneurship wirken. Entsprechend untersucht Kap. 5 Themen des Corporate Entrepreneurship im Hinblick auf nationale Unterschiede. Abschnitt 5.1 führt in die Thematik ein und definiert informelle und formelle Gründe für Unterschiede in Managementthemen auf Nationenebene. Abschnitt 5.2 zeigt – auf Basis der grundlegenden Begriffe zu nationalen Unterschieden aus Abschn. 5.1 sowie auf Basis empirischer Studien der Corporate Entrepreneurship-Forschung – Unterschiede in den unternehmerischen Aktivitäten von Mitarbeitern auf und fasst die aktuellsten Forschungsergebnisse zur Erfolgswirkung und zu Förderungsmöglichkeiten von Corporate Entrepreneurship im internationalen Kontext zusammen.
