Zusammenfassung
Für die nutzenbringende Bearbeitung von Konflikten in Organisationen liegen unterschiedliche Ansätze vor – die zur Behandlung aufgaben- und prozessbezogener Konflikte entwickelte Methodik der Konstruktiven Kontroverse steht im Zentrum der vorliegenden Untersuchung, welche Teil des in diesem Band ausführlich dargestellten Projekts „Constructive Controversy for Innovation – CCI“ war. Mittels Entwicklung eines strukturierten Kategoriensystems zur Erfassung der Interaktions- und Kommunikationsprozesse und dessen Überprüfung anhand psychometrischer Gütekriterien wurde die Grundlage geschaffen, um empirisch zu prüfen, ob das generierte Beobachtungsinstrument Unterschiede im Prozessverlauf der einzelnen Phasen abzubilden vermag. Sowohl die theoretischen Grundlagen als auch die empirischen Ergebnisse führen zum Schluss, dass das vorliegende Instrument einen Beitrag zur Erweiterung des Methodeninventars leistet, indem es die strukturierte Erfassung der Interaktions- und Kommunikationsprozesse in Konstruktiven Kontroversen ermöglicht und dabei die im dynamischen Prozessmodell angenommenen Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Phasen abbildet.
