Zusammenfassung
Im Mittelpunkt der Organisationslehre standen bisher die Begriffe Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation. Die Aufbauorganisation beschreibt die Struktur des Unternehmens mit Organisationseinheiten wie Abteilungen oder Stellen. Hingegen wird der Begriff Ablauforganisation verwendet, wenn es um das Zusammenwirken dieser Organisationseinheiten unter Berücksichtigung von Raum, Zeit und verfügbaren Hilfsmitteln geht.
