Die Frage nach Toleranz begleitet uns Menschen überall, in Wissenschaft, Politik, Religion und Gesellschaft.1 Drei Momente sind für die theoretische und praktische Ausrichtung der Toleranz grundlegend: Die Situationsgebundenheit: Wo und in welcher Situation wird die Frage nach Toleranz gestellt? Die Kontextgebundenheit: In welchem Kontext, bspw. religiösem, politischen usw., wird Toleranz erforderlich? Die Individualitätsbezogenheit: Wer spricht?
