Zusammenfassung

La pathologie du vieillard diffère de celle de l’adulte jeune et à côté des phénomènes de la sénescence nous devons tenir compte de la pathologie cumulée des âges antérieurs. Les atteintes de l’appareil respiratoire sont parmi les plus fréquentes et la fonction pulmonaire est souvent réduite par un emphysème, des symphyses pleurales, une rigidité thoracique ou par une dilatation bronchique, conséquence de bronchite chronique [10, 16].
